Are Christians That Stupid?

Another busy week and it seems that it is not slowing down in the least.
Something I see a lot of is pure old deception.
Tracye and I were talking the other day and I asked her “Are Christians That Stupid?”
You see, I just got done watching a video of Todd Bentley, that tattooed and pierced “evangelist” who sees angels and all.
Folks, this guy is a real piece of work.
I was watching his video “preaching.” Todd was talking about how the “spirit of god” came over him and “god” told him to go over to some little old lady and “kick her in the face with his biker boots.”
What? Am I hearing this right?
Yea.. I was…so he did, kicked her right in the face.
Special note here, I spelled Todd’s “god” in small caps, because he is not the same God we worship.
In anther story Todd talks about leg dropping a pastor, punching a “Chinese guy” so hard that his tooth fell out, and “slamming a woman’s legs on the stage like a baseball bat” so that she can be healed.
Folks, the audience were eating all of this up hook, line and sinker. When Todd Bentley said “BAM” and kicked his foot in the air (demonstrating how he kicked her) people were laughing and I even heard some “Amen’s” too.
Here are so called Christians laughing and saying “amen” to a person who is kicking little old ladies face in with his biker boots.
What is wrong with this picture?
But the bigger question, where is God in all of this?
Oh wait, that’s right God joined the World Wrestling Federation, well at least according to Todd Bentley.
But there is more…The”signs and wonders” are everywhere.
Patricia King, the grand dame of wacko club has a video of “evangelist” Joshua Mills with so called “sapphire and diamond dust” all over him. While the camera is showing what appears to be the "miracle." Patricia is talking on the left. She then takes God’s name in vain about how an angel comes to Joshua Mills and "releases the glory from heaven" and of course, this "glory" is manifested in sapphire and diamond particles along with oil.
Folks, any preson with the IQ of a soap dish could see that It was just cheap glitter one would buy down at their local hobby store.
Miracle from heaven?
Uhh yea right.
With mobile phone technology what it is, I really would have expected at least someone to catch a fleeting glimpse of the "ball" or the "angel" but instead we have extremely well shot footage of Joshua with a stupid grin on his face covered in the "glory."
In fact I found it rather amazing that a “film crew” was right there, even in the morning at Joel’s hotel room to catch the oily hands trick which took place. Yep… the camera crew was right there to capture all the glory.
You have just tot to love those miracles on demand.
Folks, talk about a cheap parlor tricks, but what is worse, the people who were with Patricia were going totally “gaa – gaa” over these so called “sign from God.”

Folks, anyone who buys into Patricia King are a few French fries short of a happy meal.
I can not believe that Christians are this stupid to fall for so called charlatans like this and yet they do.
I make it very clear. I do not stand on signs, wonders and modern day prophets. It is these things (signs) that people look for vs standing on the solid truth of the Word of God. It is wrong to seek signs… period. We know that in the last days that the Antichrist will perform many signs and wonders to the likes that will deceive the very elect.
Teaching the Scriptural Truth about signs and wonders is not a matter of being mean, prejudiced, or intolerant. It is simply a matter of obeying the command to RIGHTLY DIVIDE God's word (2 Tim. 2:15).
Here is a short study on what God’s Word has to say about it…
It is a FACT that the word of God is the standard by which we are to judge all doctrines (Isa. 8:20; 2 Tim. 3:16-17).
He that is spiritual judges ALL things (1 Cor. 2:15).
The Jews, as a nation, BEGAN with signs (Rom. 4:11; Exo. 4:8, 9, 17, 28, 30; 7:3; 8:23; 10:1-2; 13:9; 31:13, 17; Deu. 4:34; 6:22).
The Old Testament Jews LIVED by signs (Deu. 11:18; Jos. 4:6; 1 Sam. 10:7; 2 Kgs. 19:29; Isa. 7:14; 38:7, 22; Ezk. 4:3; 20:12, 20).
The Jews DEMANDED signs from the Lord Jesus Christ (Mat. 12:38; 16:1-4; 24:3; Jhn. 2:18; 6:30).
The Jews REQUIRE a sign, NOT the Gentiles (1 Cor. 1:22; John. 4:48).
The signs were for the purpose of CONFIRMING the word of God (Acts 14:3; Heb. 2:3-4).
Those who still look for signs and wonders today are on dangerous ground for the Antichrist will deceive the world with signs and wonders (Rev. 13:13-14; 2 Ths. 2:8-12).
The Lord Jesus Christ said that an evil and adulterous generation seeks after signs (Mat. 12:39).
Now, some of you may get hot under the collar about this, but if you are, I ask who are you getting angry with, me or God’s word?
Being a Christian means that we follow God and His word, no matter what. We do not follow the likes of Todd Bentley, Patricia King, or other folks like them.
We are called to be a good Berean and search the scripture daily to see that things are true in light of scripture. (Acts 17:11)
Why aren’t more Christians doing that?
But more than that, why are Christians falling for these out and out lies?
A monkey with the I.Q of 7 could see that these are fakes, liars and charlatans.
Just because someone says that they are from God; we are to turn off our brains, forget all we have learned and chuck the bible out the window?
If we will fall for this, then we will fall for anything.
When the antichrist comes during the tribulation, he will deceive the very elect.

Matthew 12:39 (KJV) But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign;
Who Do You Serve?
Jesus stated the following…
John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
If you do not have Christ in your life, you will spend eternity in hell. This is a fact. It does not matter if you believe this or not, it is the truth spoken by Jesus himself. If your name is not written in the Lambs Book of Life you will go to hell for what you have not done and that is accepting Christ as your personal savior. To be placed in the Lamb Book of Life, you need to turn your life completely over to Him. Having “head” knowledge or “just believing in Christ” is not the same as having “heart” knowledge with Christ living in your heart. We know that even the devils believe in Him, where are they spending eternity?
James 2:19 (KJV) Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
We work hard at Prophezine to show that Bible Prophecy is coming to pass. Because of this fact, the Bible is true. Since the Bible is the true and inerrant word of God, there is a heaven and there is a hell.
If you claim the title of “Christian” then take account of yourself this day. Many claim the title, but we read in God’s Word that the title does not get you into heaven.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Who you serve will determine where you will spend eternity. If you are not serving Christ and a true child of God, then you are serving Satan and a child of the enemy.
If you are not 110% sure, then take account of yourself, your very life depends upon it.
1John 1:9 (KJV) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
