The EU's Seven Year Plan

The European Union has created a 'super office' through EU Recommendation #666. This office gives special powers to the WEU Secretary General and CFSP High Representative, enabling him to take control of political and military councils in the event of an emergency. The WEU is the military arm of the European Union. Javier Solana currently holds this new office in an 'unofficial' capacity.
Mr. Solana is attempting to initiate a European Neighborhood Policy [at the link, 44th paragraph from the top] over the entire European and Mediterranean area. This policy is to be implemented for period of seven years, from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2013. All participating nations will have their agreements confirmed on January 1, 2007 and sixteen nations have already signed on to be participants, including Israel:
"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week [Greek "shebuah" - seven years]..." (Daniel 9:27a KJV)
Part of the EU’s seven-year plans will be directed at what is called 'thematic strategies'. Among these strategies will include an action plan geared at bringing the participating nations in line with EU standards on animal welfare. The date the animal welfare standards are to be established is 2010, which happens to coincide with the middle of the seven year period of the European Neighborhood Policy, or in other words, three and one half years after its implementation:
"...and in the midst of the week [three and one half years] he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease..." (Daniel 9:27b KJV)
No, I' not saying Javier Solana is the Antichrist, nor am I saying the Rapture is going to occur before January 1, 2007. First, we must accept the fact that events will unfold according to God's timetable:
"And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power." (Acts 1:7 KJV)
Second, the Church has no need to know who the Antichrist is, for the Church will be in Heaven when he appears:
"For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ," (1 Thessalonians 5:9 KJV)
Third, the Lord Jesus tells us to watch for Him, not Antichrist:
"Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is...watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:...And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch." (Mark 13:33, 35 and 37 KJV)
And fourth, know one knows the day or the hour the Rapture will occur other than God, the Father:
"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father." (Mark 13:32 KJV)
What I am saying is that Mr. Solana most probably holds the office from which the Antichrist will utilize his authority, for the European Union now has a power structure in place that the Antichrist can use at his discretion.
Remember, Lord Jesus admonished the Pharisees for not discerning the signs of the times (Matthew 16:2-3). With the current events in the Middle East and around the world unfolding at a heart pounding pace, He is providing us with all the information we need to know. The shout and trumpet blast of the Rapture could happen at any moment. I have personally stopped looking for signs. I'm now listening for sounds...
