Michael Reagan speaks out for the second time on the Bellevue situation

For the second time this week, Michael Reagan,
eldest son of President Ronald Reagan, is speaking out on his national radio
program about the controversy taking place at Bellevue Baptist Church in
Memphis, TN. Mike is more than qualified to speak to this issue. At the age of
eight, Mike was repeatedly molested by a day camp leader. Today, Mike uses his
national voice to speak out about many issues facing our nation including
the growing epidemic of child sexual abuse. Listen to these two clips from
Mike's Tuesday night, December 19th radio program. These two clips are a total
of nine minutes long.
Mike calls on Pastor Steve Gaines to resign now. Mike also
shares an e-mail from a Bellevue member that describes her experience
as "spiritual rape"
Mike's life is a powerful testimony of how Christ
allowed him to find healing from many of the issues that confront our culture
today, such as sexual abuse, divorce, loneliness, the feeling of rejection, and
the belief that God does not care about us. Michael Reagan’s first adoption gave
him an identity, but he did not find his true identity until he found Christ.
